FELLOWSHIP

St. Pius X Parish comes together to build community and our friendships.

PICKLEBALL

Come join us every Sunday night from 4-7 in the Family Life Center!  No experience needed.  All adults are welcome!

You do not need a partner nor a paddle.  If you come and the courts are busy, please stay. We will rotate people in and out to keep play going.

SOULCORE

SoulCore is held every fall and Lent in the Family Life Center from 7:15-8:15.

Join SoulCore Leader, Julie Parkins, to nourish body, mind & soul with SoulCore - a prayer experience that combines the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening, stretching and functional movement. No fitness level or experience required.

This is for anyone ages 13 and older.   Dress in comfortable clothing or sportswear, bring an exercise mat/towel, and water.  If you are not able to do the physical motions, you are still welcome to join us to pray the rosary.

This is a FREE event thanks to the support and success of the SPX Trivia Nights.  No registration is required.

SUNDAY FUNDAY

Throughout the year our parish holds a special event called Sunday Funday event.  It starts with our 11:30 Mass and is followed by a special event or activity for everyone.

Check our bulletin for our next Sunday Funday.

ST. PIUS X/GESU BREAD BAKERS

The St. Benedict Bakers group currently meets twice a month at Gesu church's Loyola Hall kitchen to bake bread for distribution to Toledo's poor through Labre, the partner ministry at St Johns and St Ursula high schools. Both ministries are named after St. Benedict Joseph Labre, patron saint of the homeless, the poor, the unhoused. He wore the rags of a beggar, shared his food with the poor, and was filled with the love of God and neighbor.

If you would like to join the team, even if it's just once or twice a year, you can participate in the joy of this shared life.

Please contact St. Pius X parishioner Don Curtis to get added to the baking schedule.

ADVENT DINNERS

Every December our Parish holds a special dinner for Women and for Men.  The Women's dinner is usually the first Wednesday in Advent and the Men's dinner is usually the second Wednesday in Advent.  Both dinners are followed by a service in the church.

More details are available in the bulletin in the month of November.

SOUP SUPPERS

During Lent, parishioners from both St. Pius and Gesu are invited to attend a simple “Soup Suppers” on the Wednesday evenings of Lent in Gesu’s Sullivan Center.  A supper of homemade soup and bread will be available from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Come whenever your schedule allows you to make it. Then from 7:00 - 7:30 PM a presentation will be offered that will be religious in nature from presenters from a variety of backgrounds. The goal is to conclude each evening by 7:30 PM.
